About

I'm a self-taught lifestyle and documentary photographer based in Tokyo, Japan.

My creative approach is to find the points of connection between myself and my subjects, building a relationship and expressing these personal moments through my photography.

Born to German and Filipino parents in 1989, I spent the first eight years of my life living in Venezuela and Colombia before moving back to Germany for elementary and high school.

My interest in Japan was sparked at an early age, by my German grandfather and grandmother who lived in Tokyo for three years in the late eighties.

My fascination for Japan grew over time and in 2010, I was finally able to visit Japan for the first time. The decision to move to Japan after my first visit came quickly, and in 2014, I finally managed to move to Tokyo and start my career as a photographer and director.

Growing up in multiple countries has given me a better understanding of the nuances of cross-cultural collaborations. This has led me to work with brands such Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Mikimoto, Coach and many more.
